Art et Plâtre Signature Inc., operating throughout Estrie (Eastern Townships), Quebec, is responsible for the personal information it holds. Anthony, the company's owner, acts as the person responsible for the protection of personal information.

Through the consultation form, we only collect what you voluntarily provide: your name, phone number, email, the project address, the type of project, the service you want, the approximate surface, the timeline and your comments.

Our host may keep technical logs (IP address, device type) to keep the site secure and working. We do not collect sensitive information.

Your information is used to answer your request, contact you and schedule your free consultation.

We do not sell or rent your information.

The site only uses the cookies needed for it to work and to remember your choice. No analytics or marketing cookie is active at the moment, and no third-party analytics tool, such as Google Analytics, is used.

If we ever add one, it will stay off until you give your consent:

• Analytics — anonymized audience measurement.
• Marketing — campaign measurement and targeted advertising.

You can reject, accept or change your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it. Your choice is kept for 13 months at most.

Only the people in the company who need it to handle your request have access to it. We use service providers (site hosting and email sending) who process information on our behalf.

Some of these providers may process information outside Quebec, including in the United States. In that case, the information remains protected by these providers' security measures and contractual commitments.

You may at any time:

• ask for access to the information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask for its deletion, or for it to stop being disseminated;
• withdraw your consent;
• ask for a copy of your information in a structured, technological format (portability);
• object to its use.

If you believe we have not answered your request properly, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec: cai.gouv.qc.ca.

Information sent through the consultation form is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then destroyed or anonymized.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
